Program Management

Bentek will assign a Program Manager to manage all aspects of the program. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Program Manager is the focal point for the customer and is responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, product quality and documentation control – while maximizing flexibility, responsiveness and “owning” the entire supply chain deliverable.

It is the responsibility of the Business Unit Manager to establish and manage the entire Bentek Customer Focus Team (CFT). This team will consist of functional representatives from each area, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Operations. The role of the Business Unit Manager is to manage new product introductions from conception into production manufacturing. Additional support from Documentation Control, Finance, Human Resources and Information Systems will be involved as needed to support the program.
