The Connection Kit provides a means of close coupling the inverter to the Bentek Solar Recombiner box. Fittings are provided to provide a connection path between the cabinets for each conductor. Prefabricated conductors are also provided for these connections.
The Connection Kit contains:
Cables – 535KCMIL (for positive and negative input) and 262KCMIL (for ground) cabling, single lugged on one end for connection to the inverter, bare on the other for connection to the terminal blocks in the recombiner
Conduit – 5” PVC tubing to provide physical coupling between the inverter and the re-combiner
Hardware – M10 and 3/8-16 hardware to fasten lugged cables to the inverter
Solar quick install mounting kit for Recombiners and MDSS
This mounting kit provides a means of installing Bentek Solar Recombiners and MDSS units quickly and securely on concrete pad. This mounting kit can be installed in the Bentek Solar factory giving the installer a quick way of installing these Recombiners or MDSS units securely once they reach the installation site. Exact mounting drawings for dimensions and bolt patterns are available upon purchase.
Solar Fuses
Bentek Solar provides spare fuses for both string combiners and recombiners. Fuses come in several different amperages and sizes sizes from 80A to 400A for Recombiners and from 8A to 30A for combiners.
Solar Cable Assemblies
Bentek Solar offers a comprehensive line of custom Solar Cable Assemblies. Typical conductor size is #12 or #10. Available in standard or custom cable lengths, with or without an in-line fuse. Consult the Bentek Solar Account Manager for your unique or standard requirements for more details.
Solar Strain Reliefs
Bentek Solar Strain Reliefs are used in grid-tied PV solar applications and are designed to accommodate the entry of multiple PV wires coming into a combiner box. The Solar Cord Grips provide mechanical strain relief as well as a liquid tight seal around the PV wiring.
