John joined Bentek in 2009 and started the Bentek Solar business segment.  John has over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience across a wide range of customers and industries, including storage, networking and electronic manufacturing services. John holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine.

Wayne joined Bentek in early 2016 with 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in capital equipment. His work experience includes executive leadership roles in start-ups, small and medium size companies in the data storage, semiconductor, and solar/clean tech industries. Wayne holds a BSME degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Oliver joined Bentek in 2021 with 15 years of operations and management experience across various industries. His work experience includes management and leadership roles in start-ups, small and large size companies in the precision technologies, chemical and aerospace industries. Oliver holds a BS in metallurgy from University of Zagreb, Croatia.

Siwei joined Bentek in 2020 with 20 years of accounting expertise gained across diverse industries and companies. Siwei, a certified public accountant (CPA), has extensive experience in accounting, controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and SEC reporting. She obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Pamela joined Bentek in 2017 and She has over 30 years’ experience in Quality for contract manufacturing. She drives continuous improvement and key performance indicators through Internal auditing to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

Jamie joined Bentek in 2008 and she has over 25 years of experience in Human Resource. Her work experience spans from Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and HR Systems, and Employment Law and Compliance.

Mario joined Bentek in 2019 with over 25 years of engineering and sales experience in automation of capital equipment. His work experience spans engineering design, sales and support of metallurgical, nuclear welding, semiconductor and general capital equipment. Mario holds BSEE and IM degrees from Lowell University and has active competition racing license.

Scott joined Bentek in 2016 with over 30 years of experience in program management, account management and sales with several domestic and global electronic manufacturing services companies. Scott has a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Engineering.

Andy joined Bentek in 2014 with 14 years of engineering experience in R&D, mechanical design, program management, testing and Listing. Andy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Charles joined Bentek in 2020 with 25 years of experience in mechanical design engineering from various high tech companies based in the Silicon Valley, including Finisar, Ultratech, Google, Cisco, Hisense, and more. For 15 of those years, he ran a thriving engineering consulting business.

Matt joined Bentek in 2021 and has 15 years of experience keeping facilities running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure machine reliability for manufacturing. He has an FMP credential from the International Facility Management Association and is a member of the Silicon Valley Chapter.

Sandra joined Bentek in 2021 with 15 years of engineering and business planning experience across diverse industries, interfacing with cross-functional teams, forecasting customer demand, supporting strategic planning process, and conducting market research. Sandra holds an MS in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and an MBA emphasis in Marketing and Strategy from University of Arizona.
